What's the difference between platform fees and per-user costs?
The platform fee provides access to our core infrastructure and shared features like the persona library, while per-user costs enable unlimited simulations for each team member. For Individual plans, there's no platform fee since you're only setting up for yourself. Team and Enterprise plans include a platform fee because they provide shared resources across your entire sales organization.
How does the Team plan differ from multiple Individual subscriptions?
The Team plan provides critical collaborative features that aren't available with individual subscriptions, including shared target segments, team analytics dashboards, and persistent personas available across multiple team members' practice sessions. Team plans also enable standardized training experiences aligned with your sales methodology and ICP.
Do you offer any discounts for annual billing?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount when you commit to annual billing. This applies to both the platform fee and per-user costs, providing significant savings for your team while ensuring consistent access to Coachable AI throughout your full sales cycles and training programs.
What kind of support is included with each plan?
All plans include email support with a response time of 24 hours or less. Team plans include access to a shared Slack channel and monthly office hours. Enterprise plans add dedicated onboarding and ongoing support, regular business reviews, and custom training sessions tailored to your specific sales processes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, with the new pricing taking effect immediately. When upgrading, we'll prorate any remaining time on your current subscription. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Our team is always available to help decide the right plan and ensure a smooth transition when changing.
